By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree to them. We encourage you to read this document and our Privacy Policy carefully before making any purchases.

These terms are subject to change, so please read them before placing each order.

2. TERMS OF USE OF OUR WEBSITE

Legitimate Use : You will use the Website to (i) receive information about our products; (ii) make inquiries; (iii) place legally valid orders.

You will not engage in fraudulent activities : If we have reason to believe that an order is speculative, false or fraudulent, we will be authorized to cancel it and inform the authorities.

3. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Purchasing process:

1. Add products to your shopping cart

2. Click “Cart” at the top of the page

3. Review your order and click “Checkout”

4. Complete your details: contact information, shipping address, phone number and billing

5. Choose payment method: credit card or PayPal

6. Accept the Terms and Conditions

7. Confirm your purchase

Confirmations:

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

Shipping Confirmation: We will inform you when the product is being shipped.

Only the products included in the Shipping Confirmation form part of the contract.

Order errors:

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to stock availability. If there are supply difficulties or items are out of stock, we will refund any amount paid.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Delivery times:

Unless unforeseen circumstances arise, you will receive your order at:

Mainland Spain and Portugal: 5 business days

Europe: 7 business days

Rest of the world: 10 business days

Maximum term: 30 days from Order Confirmation

We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

International shipments (outside the EU, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla):

IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances will BAROKAH be responsible for customs clearance or any associated taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the recipient refuses to pay customs and the item is returned, this amount will be deducted from the refund.

Unable to deliver:

If your order cannot be delivered, we'll find a safe location or return it to our warehouse. We'll leave you a note with instructions.

If the order has not been delivered after 15 days for reasons not attributable to us, we will consider the contract terminated and will refund all payments received (except for additional costs resulting from non-standard delivery methods).

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Prices:

The prices shown on the website include VAT.

Shipping costs are added to the total amount

They may change at any time, but will not affect already confirmed orders.

Pricing errors:

If we discover a clear pricing error, we will inform you and give you the option to:

Reconfirm the order at the correct price

Cancel order with full refund

Security: Your card details are encrypted and processed directly by the banking gateway. BAROKAH never has access to your full card details.

VAT:

All purchases are subject to VAT according to current regulations:

Sales within Spain: Spanish VAT applies

Sales to individuals in other EU states: Will be taxed in Spain

Sales to companies with VAT ID numbers from another EU country: They will be taxed in the country of destination.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

🔄 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How to exercise the right:

1. Please notify us by emailing info@barokahjewels.com

2. Return the product in its original packaging and perfect condition to: BAROKAH JEWELS Calle de Argensola 2, floor 4 office 44 28004 Madrid, Spain

3. Include the communication/delivery note received with your order

4. Add your personal and contact information

Return costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the merchandise.

Refund: We will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

↔️ CHANGES (30 days)

You may exchange a product for one of equal or greater value within the first 30 days of receipt.

Process:

1. Contact info@barokahjewels.com

2. We will send you instructions

3. If the new product is more expensive, pay the difference.

4. If it's cheaper, we'll issue you a discount coupon valid for 30 days.

Note: The exchange will be processed once we receive and verify that the product is in perfect condition. Shipping costs for the exchange are your responsibility (except in cases where the product is defective).

⚠️ DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product does not match your order or is defective:

1. Please report it immediately to info@barokahjewels.com

2. Return the product to the address indicated

3. We will review the product and notify you within a reasonable time.

4. Refund or replacement within 30 days

In this case, BAROKAH assumes all shipping and return costs.

📋 REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

✓ Contact info@barokahjewels.com in advance. ✓ Product in perfect condition. ✓ Original packaging intact. ✓ Include instructions for use and documentation received.

8. WARRANTIES

We offer a two-year legal warranty on all our products from the date of delivery.

What does the warranty cover?

We will respond to any “non-conformity” that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.

There is a “lack of conformity” when the product:

Does not match the website description

Not suitable for regular use of similar jewelry

It does not present the reasonably expected quality

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

Natural characteristics of materials (variations in grain, texture, color)

Damage due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance

Damage caused after delivery due to causes beyond the product's control

How to claim:

You must inform us of the “non-conformity” within 2 months of becoming aware of it.

Note: If you claim after 6 months from purchase, you must prove that the defect existed from the beginning.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability in connection with any product is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

We do not accept responsibility for:

Loss of income or sales

Loss of business

Loss of profits

Data loss

Loss of management time

10. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All content on the website (designs, text, images, logos, trademarks) is the property of BAROKAH JEWELS or its licensors.

It is prohibited:

Reproduce, copy or distribute content without authorization

Commercial use of our materials

Reverse engineering of our designs

11. COMPUTER SECURITY

Do not carry out cyberattacks (DDoS, etc.)

Do not attempt unauthorized access

Non-compliance will be reported to the competent authorities.

BAROKAH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

You will be subject to the terms in effect at the time you place each order.

16. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the Spanish courts and tribunals.

If you are a consumer, this does not affect your rights under current legislation.

18. CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY

To extend the life of your Barokah jewelry:

✓ Remove it before playing sports or doing intense activities ✓ Avoid contact with perfumes, creams and cleaning products ✓ Do not expose it to sudden changes in temperature ✓ Store it in its original case or jewelry box (separate from other pieces) ✓ Keep chains closed and flat to avoid knots
