RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

In accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

1. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Term: 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

How to exercise this right:

1. Please send an email to info@barokahjewels.com communicating your decision to withdraw.

2. You can use the withdrawal form available in our Terms and Conditions, although it is not mandatory.

3. Return the product to: BAROKAH JEWELS Calle de Argensola 228004 Madrid, Spain

It is sufficient that the communication is sent before the 14-day period expires.

2. CONDITIONS FOR REFUND

For a refund to be processed, the product must:

✓ Be in perfect condition, unused✓ Keep its original packaging complete✓ Include all labels and documentation received✓ Show no signs of use, wear, or tampering.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Jewelry with obvious signs of use

Products without original packaging

Products outside the 14-day period

3. RETURN COSTS

The customer assumes the direct cost of returning the merchandise, except in the following cases:

Defective or manufacturing defect product

Order error by BAROKAH JEWELS

Product does not match what was requested

In these cases, BAROKAH JEWELS will assume all costs.

4. REFUND: AMOUNTS AND TERMS

What is reimbursed?

✓ Full product price✓

What is NOT refundable?

✗ Additional costs for choosing a delivery method other than standard (e.g., express shipping) ✗ Product return costs

Refund period:

We will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Important note: We may withhold the refund until:

We have received the returned products, OR

You have submitted proof of the return of the same

The condition that is met first will apply.

Refund Method:

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction:

Credit/Debit Card → Refund to the same card

PayPal → Refund to your PayPal account

You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

5. CHANGES (30 DAYS)

In addition to the right of withdrawal, we offer the option of exchanging products within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions:

Exchange for a product of equal value: no additional cost

Exchange for a higher value product: payment of the difference

Exchange for a product of lower value: discount coupon for the difference (valid for 30 days)

Note: Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility (except for defective products).

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product is defective or does not match the order:

1. Please notify us immediately (within 48 hours) at info@barokahjewels.com

2. Include photographs of the defect

3. We will tell you the steps to follow

In these cases:

Full refund, OR

Replacement with identical product in perfect condition

All expenses are borne by BAROKAH JEWELS

Resolution period: Maximum 30 days from notification.

7. LEGAL WARRANTY (2 YEARS)

All products come with a two-year legal warranty against non-conformities, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

How to claim:

You must report any lack of conformity within 2 months of becoming aware of it.

Important: If the lack of conformity becomes apparent after 6 months from delivery, the consumer must prove that it existed from the beginning.

8. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

2. Prepare the product:

Original packaging

Perfect condition, unused

Include the delivery note/order communication

Add your contact information

2. Use trackable shipping and keep the receipt

3. Please notify us of the tracking so we can follow up.

4. Refund: We will process your return within a maximum of 14 days from receipt.

9. EXCLUSIONS

Returns for refund are not accepted on:

❌ Hygiene products (pending) if the seal has been opened ❌ Products on final sale/clearance (except defects) ❌ Products damaged by misuse ❌ Outside the statutory 14-day period

If, as a consumer, you believe that your rights have been violated, you can:
