If your jewelry is shipping outside the European Union, your country may apply customs fees or import taxes . These costs are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the recipient .

Barokah Jewels cannot handle these payments, as each country has its own regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you have any questions.

🔄 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Not what you expected?

We understand that sometimes a piece doesn't quite resonate with you. That's why we offer:

Exchanges: You can exchange your jewelry for another of equal or greater value (paying the difference) within the first 30 days from the order date.

Returns: You have 14 days from receipt to return your piece if you are not completely satisfied.

Conditions:

- The jewel must be in perfect condition, unworn

- With its original packaging and case

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

- Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
